Esto es Servicio al Cliente! - This is Customer Service!

Me quedé sorprendida!!!

A couple of months ago I created a Paper Pumpkin account. This is like a "club" from Stampin' Up where you get a box with a stamping project and supplies once a month for $20.  One of the things I liked about it is that you can go online anytime before the 10th of the month and opt to skip that particular month.  Since they were having an offer where you could get it for 2 months for only $10/month, I decided to see how I liked it and then I could continue or cancel it.

At the beginning of November I decided that I wanted to skip this month, so I went online and check the box and saved the change.  You can imagine my surprise when my phone woke me up on the 11th with an email saying that my November Paper Pumpkin shipment was on it's way!  I called SU immediately and explained what had happened.  I got an incident # and a promise of a phone call a couple of days later to tell me what to do.

A couple of days ago the box arrived and I didn't even open it (I was waiting for a resolution and figured that I would have to ship it back so it would be better if it wasn't open).  Since more than a couple of days had gone by, tonight I called again.  The Customer Service representative was very nice.  She asked for a couple of minutes to review the incident, then asked me what I wanted them to do, so I told her that I didn't want to pay for something I hadn't ordered and wanted to know how we could fix the issue. She told me to hold so she could find out what to do and when she got back on the phone, she asked if I wanted next month's shipment or if I wanted to skip it. I told her that I wanted to skip it and she took care of it, and then told me that they will be issuing me a refund for this month's shipment.  I asked her what I needed to do with the box and she told me that I can just keep it.  I was so shocked!!!  I was honestly expecting them to send a return label so I could ship it back to them, which would have been the logical thing to do.

I don't order a lot from SU because of their shipping & handling which really adds quite a bit to the order, but next time I have some stamping money, I know where it will be going. I knew SU is a great company, but little things like this are what puts them ahead of other companies and creates faithful customers.
