Problemas con Papertrey Ink - Papertrey Ink Problems




A todas mis amistades que usan sellos - Yo se que en el pasado les he recomendado la compañía Papertrey Ink, pero finalmente han demostrado como son realmente.  El servicio al cliente es atroz, y hace un par de meses sacaron un nuevo sitio web que es una pesadilla.  Hubieron tantos problemas, que recibieron cientos de correos electrónicos y no podían contestarlos todos, asi que la manera de solucionar el problema, fue BORRAR TODOS los correos electrónicos.
Cuando varias personas empezaron a hacer preguntas directas, les prohibieron permanecer en el Forum de la compañía!

Estoy agregando mas enlaces a blogs que hablan sobre los problemas con PTI, y si sigo encontrando mas, los seguiré agregando a la lista.



 *Anoche, 2 de abril, a varias de nosotras nos volvieron a permitir que entráramos al Forum.   Papertrey tiene un nuevo Portal de Servicio al Cliente a través de Zendesk...  Nos alentaron a que lo probáramos, asi que envié un correo electrónico y recibí una respuesta en cuestión de minutos.  Esto definitivamente es un paso en la dirección correcta, pero va a tomar MUCHISIMO TIEMPO, Y UNA GRAN CANTIDAD DE CAMBIOS antes de que yo considere ordenar otra vez.  Le llevó un montón de tiempo a PTI para meterse en este lio, y yo no creo que los problemas puedan ser resueltos de un dia a otro.







To all my stamper friends - I know that in the past I recommended Papertrey Ink to you, but their true colors have finally come out. They have an atrocious customer service and a couple of months ago rolled out a horrible website. They got inundated with emails and got backlogged, so  their way of dealing with the backlog, was to DELETE ALL of the emails.
Now they have banned people from their forums for asking direct questions!

*Last night, April 2nd., several of us were un-banned from the forum.   Papertrey has a new Customer Service Portal through Zendesk...  We were encouraged to try it, so I sent an email and received a response within minutes.  This certainly looks like a step in the right direction, but it is going to take a VERY LONG TIME, AND A LOT OF CHANGES before I consider ordering again.  It took PTI a long time to get in this mess, and I don't think that it can be fixed overnight.

  1. to begin, there is a much longer list of people who will no longer shop with PTI, and I am one of them.... you can check out a few posts at Split Coast Stampers for more information. such a sad situation of their own making for failing to take care of customers.
